The Property
Eagles Landing is a 46-acre property with 280 units containing 1, 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms, each with an en suite bath. Amenities include a pool, fitness center, clubhouse with meeting areas, computer lab, basketball and volleyball courts, outdoor ping pong table, and an indoor game room with foosball, pool table, and air hockey. Eagles Landing runs a shuttle bus as often as every half hour to the University of Virginia campus and shopping, Leasing and property management is provided by the onsite leasing team, and maintenance is provided by our own three-person maintenance team plus contractors as needed.

Website Purpose
The purpose of this website, besides serving as a portal to other websites for the property, is to store the documents of the Association such as the original construction drawings, meeting minutes, and contracts, and make them available to owners. These are documents that property owners require from time to time, including the governance documents such as the Rules & Regulations.
Note that Eagles Landing is a small-investor owned condominium property, with units primarily rented by the bedroom. Some owners occupy units at the property, similar to a regular condominium property, but most units are leased on an annual basis. Leasing is provided onsite for the benefit of owners, by the onsite preferred vendor, which is BlueSky Property Management. The leasing team rents space from the Association, and enters into individual contracts with owners to manage their units. Owners can self-manage, or use third party companies if they wish.
